As many of you know the PSA HQ was destroyed in May 2010 by Herbert. It was awkwardly destroyed by popcorn. But all agents have teamed up and built a new HQ called the EPF. Here is how to become a EPF agent.
1. Go on Club Penguin click your mail or Spy Phone. You should see this message. When you see the following message click Go There.
The message should say:
Attention Agent. As you may know, the PSA was destroyed by Herbert P. Bear. Thanks to our agents no one was harmed. The EPF is stepping up to keep the island safe - and we need your help. Please report to the Facility to take the test.
2. After you click Go There you will be in the Everyday Phoning Facility.
3. When you get in the Everyday Phoning Facility, Click the blue T.V. to take the test.
4. When you click the blue screen, after you click "Click Here To Take the Test" It will now say "Hit The Target With A Snowball"
Now do it!

Now Run to the green square right now!! Um. Then go to the red square!
6. On this part you must hide from the camera. The camera that you see will most likely not get you if you throw a snowball at it. However it is very likely that the invisible camera will get you.
7. Now you have to escape from a cage. Its very simple.
Congrats! You should now be a EPF agent. If you want you could go in the EPF command room! You will also get a new Spy Phone!
